We would like to inform you today about an important change in the management of the proLogistik Group, of which IBB has been a part since 2023.

Jörg Sänger, who over the past 19 years has transformed proLogistik from a family-run German company into a European group of companies, will hand over the role of CEO to César Flores Rodríguez on May 1, 2026. Some of you know Jörg Sänger personally — as a business partner and as someone for whom customer relationships have always meant more than just business. We sincerely thank him for his dedication and contribution. He will remain closely connected to proLogistik as Chairman of the Advisory Board.

proLogistik and IBB are entering a new phase of growth. We are investing in international expansion, AI-powered solutions, and the further development of our platform. To actively shape this phase, César Flores Rodríguez will take over as CEO on May 1, 2026. César has more than 25 years of experience in the international B2B software industry and has successfully built and developed European companies — most recently as Chief Division Officer at Nemetschek, which generates over 500 million euros in revenue.

In his previous roles, he has successfully managed international expansions, integrated companies, and launched new products and platforms.

Nothing will change for you as a customer. Your contact persons will remain the same, ongoing projects and agreements will continue to be our top priority, and the teams you know will continue to work with you as before.
