    Pooling of turnovers

    Turnovers must be pooled according to the agreement, possibly across several different currencies. The settlement must be done correctly, also in terms of tax treatment, by each company with the local supplier.

    BONSAI’s International Agreement and Settlement Management module provides a solution for group-wide consolidation of purchasing turnovers and agreements.

    This means that subsequent payments can also be agreed and settled with suppliers on the basis of the group’s total runover across multiple companies and countries.

    Who negotiates the agreements?

    For each supplier, it is determined which company of the group assumes the role of the negotiator. DThe designated negotiator for group agreements automatically receives all turnovers of the suppliers concerned in their own local currency and can negotiate and maintain appropriate group agreements on this basis. 

    In BONSAI, the settlement of the correct values is done decentrally by each individual company towards the local suppliers.
