Full transparency of the product
Only complete transparency on the purchase prices of each product allows a correct determination of the trade margin. In order to determine the effective purchase price required for this purpose, the invoice discounts granted as well as all relevant subsequent rebates must be taken into account. Hence the term net-net price.
Subsequent rebates are often based on defined performance targets, such as is the case with stepped or growth bonus agreements. The actual agreement value must therefore be checked regularly and determined on the basis of extrapolations of agreement steps.
Flexible and fully integrated
With the net net calculation module, BONSAI offers a fully integrated calculation solution for determining the effective purchase price per product on a daily basis, taking into account all invoice discounts and subsequent rebates.
Compensation granted as fixed amounts is taken into account in a manner that determines the share for each product. Steps and other performance-based bonuses are evaluated and included in the calculation.
The levels of the calculation can be parameterised flexibly and individual agreement categories can be assigned to the respective desired calculation level.
