IBB and REMIRA launch strategic partnership
Inventory optimisation and rebate management from a single source
IBB and REMIRA Group GmbH bring together what belongs together. The two software houses are pooling their expertise in a strategic partnership: in the future, customers will receive cross-industry solutions for scheduling and inventory optimisation as well as rebate management with suppliers from a single source.
In many companies, the management of all supplier rebates ends in complex Excel tables. Especially when the number of suppliers and product groups grows along with the product range, buyers and finance departments can hardly keep track of everything. With our BONSAI software, we offer an integrated solution for purchasing and rebates management as well as bonus accounting. Users from the retail sector thus create a completely new transparency in the rebate structure and achieve considerable economic advantages through an automated, intra-year bonus and rebate calculation.
This makes BONSAI a perfect match for REMIRA’s philosophy. The company has made it its mission to promote the technological progress of its customers with AI-supported cloud solutions and thus increase their success. The new cooperation enables customers of the supply chain and omnichannel commerce specialist to supplement inventory management and disposition with REMIRA’s LOGOMATE solution by the broad field of rebate management. REMIRA and IBB already have numerous joint customers such as OBI and the Carat Group. The systems access the same database, which significantly speeds up the implementation time for users. There are also plans to network the solutions directly in the future.
“The cooperation with IBB Adaptive Solutions is at the same time a strategic extension of our offering, which fits perfectly with our end-to-end philosophy of holistic process optimisation. Advanced rebate management releases enormous potential for our customers,” explains Stephan Unser, CEO of REMIRA. “With this partnership, we are bringing together two solution areas that are closely linked in everyday procurement. Together they contribute to optimal inventories and significantly higher profits,” says Christian Zeidler, CEO at IBB Adaptive Solutions.
